The business entity in English is GGIC Shanghai, Ltd. It is located in Shanghai National Environmental and New Energy Incubator,  at 777 Hongmei South Rd, B308, Minhang District, Shanghai, China.

Golden Gate Integrated Circuit, Inc. develops and trades IC components, starting with Chip Set products for WSN networking, LED lighting, Advanced Plasma lighting, Cordless Charger for portable devices, Smartphone and handhold data devices, etc. Its AMS (analog and mixed-signal) product lines are backed by major semiconductor component IDM (integrated design-manufacturing) enterprises worldwide, and recently included a couple of China supplier who offers lower-cost components that are qualified with international industrial standards. Golden Gate Integrated Circuit, Inc.’s founder is Jeremy Tole who has many years of successful experiences in managing and growing signal conversion and conditioning circuits for a major US Silicon Valley IDM, selling at hundred million USD worldwide.
