Matrix Systems is a China domestic-ownership limited corporation, originally registered in Beijing, China in 2005. Its latest reorganization took place in 2010, formed its present operation at a location of the partner Collective Electronics, Inc. (a US-China joint venture. registered in Beijing since 2005).

Matrix System’s founder is Michael Guo who has many years of successful experiences in SoC and system solution development, worked as lead system designer for a major institute under Chinese Academy of Sciences, for a 2005 Beijing start-up (XH Microelectronic, Ltd. and Collective Electronics, Ltd.), and for a US Silicon Valley IC corporation’s subsidiary in Beijing. The Co-founder Jin Luo is currently hosting and managing Matrix System operation and intellectual properties, and maintain its close connections with various technological partners.
